SFS Leeds – Gutter Lining Project

The site was experiencing issues with leaking gutters. After an inspection with one of our experienced roof engineers, we found that the gutter joints were falling. The site at SFS in Leeds required a long term solution, so we used our preferred treatment, Sika Liquid Plastic, It is a robust, cold applied waterproof liquid, which provides protection to roof areas and guttering systems exposed to the harsh elements. A perfect solution for SFS as it also comes with a 15-year guarantee.
The 80Lm of gutter was thoroughly cleaned, primed and treated with 625 Sika Liquid Plastic.
The project value was £6,000, took us only 1 week to carry out and was delivered to SFS within the deadline agreed.
